Refund Policy
We try to be fair and straightforward about billing. Here's exactly how it works.
Free plan
The Starter plan is free forever. There are no charges, so there is nothing to refund. You can use it for as long as you like with no commitment.
Pro and Business plans
Paid plans (Pro at $29/month and Business at $99/month) are billed in advance, either monthly or annually. Here's our default policy:
- Cancel any time. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your workspace settings. There is no cancellation fee and no lock-in.
- No refunds for the current billing period. When you cancel, your plan remains active until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not issue partial refunds for unused time.
- Annual plans. If you are on an annual plan and cancel mid-year, the same policy applies — the plan continues until the annual period ends, with no pro-rata refund for the remaining months.
After cancellation, your workspace will revert to the Free plan at the end of your billing period. Your data is retained for 90 days, giving you time to export or reactivate if needed.
Exceptions we consider
We review refund requests on a case-by-case basis in the following circumstances:
- Billing errors. If you were charged incorrectly — for example, charged twice, or for a plan you did not sign up for — we will correct the error and issue a full refund promptly.
- Extended service outage. If Flowstack experiences a significant outage that renders the service unusable for an extended period, we will consider a credit or partial refund at our discretion.
- First payment only. If you are a new paid customer and are genuinely unsatisfied within the first 7 days of your first billing period, contact us and we will review your request fairly.
To raise a billing concern or request an exception, contact us within 14 days of the charge in question.
Downgrading your plan
You can downgrade from Business to Pro, or from Pro to Free, at any time. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing period. There is no refund for the price difference in the current period.
How to request a refund
Email us at info@6away.ai with your workspace name, the charge in question, and a brief explanation. We aim to respond within 1 business day.
Refunds, where approved, are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card provider.
